How many fishing boats do you have?

Currently, we operate four fishing vessels. Our 4 hour Deep Sea Fishing trips traveling up to 9 miles offshore are run aboard the M/V Naples Explorer. Our longer Deep Sea Fishing trips including 6, 8, and 10 hour options are operated on the M/V Sea Flight.

Our Public Backwater Calm Bay Fishing trips run on the M/V Naples Explorer, offering twice daily departures for up to 17 guests.

In addition, Pure Florida offers two private fishing vessels, M/V Sea Flight II and III, which accommodate up to 6 passengers for customizable Deep Sea or Backwater Calm Bay fishing experiences.

What if I only have 2 people and I still want to book a private boat?

The price is set for up to 6 people so whether you have 2 or six it would be the same rate.

What should I tip?

A suggested rate of 18% of your total charter rate. Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated.

What does the trip include?

For all of our charters we provide all rod, reels, bait & tackle &license. We even clean the fish, bag them and put on ice for you.

What do I need to bring?

You will need your own food and beverage. You may bring your own small cooler on board. Considering this is Southwest Florida we also suggest that your clothing be such to protect you from the sun and or sun protection lotion. Hats are also something you may want to consider. Don’t forget your camera!

How big are the boats?

M/V SEA FLIGHT is a 45’ foiling Catamaran goes up to 80 miles offshore dependent on length of trip and weather. M/V NAPLES EXPLORER is a 35’ Bell-Craft that goes up to 3 miles offshore for Backwater Calm Bay trips. M/V SEA FLIGHT II & III are both 29’ World Cats that can travel up to 60 miles offshore dependent type of private charter, length of trip and weather.
